Glasshouse Café

Our light, airy, spacious Café serves an all-day menu featuring toasted sandwiches, soup of the day, savoury bakes including Pasties, Sausage Rolls and Pies, together with a great selection of cakes and tray bakes.

We always have vegan, vegetarian and Gluten Free options available, so please do feel free to ask our team when you arrive.

Not forgetting Cream Teas – served with our very own home made scones (your choice whether you do it the Devon or the Cornish Way!).

Our weekly ‘Showstopper Cake’ made by our talented in house bakers and kitchen team, is not to be missed, and available most weekends.

We are passionate about local, sustainable food and quality ingredients. If we haven’t made something ourselves, you can guarantee we will have sourced it locally. The latest addition to our menu offering is from the Ginger Cat Deli, a family run bakery, located minutes away from us in Cullompton.

Service is relaxed and informal in the Glass House Cafe – simply order, pay and collect from the counter before taking your seat. Or if you prefer, takeaway drinks and food to go are also available for those on the move.

Inside seating is within one of our houseplant displays, creating a calming environment, and the feeling of being surrounded by nature, softly screened by plants.

We also have an outside seating area on our soon to be refurbished deck, which captures the sun most of the day.

Please note – tables in the Glass House Cafe are not available to book. This area is also a dog free zone, with the exception of assistance dogs.
